Pre-Publication V2. A pre-built AI bodily movement pattern made up of an aggregate of movement patterns of human beings, that does not exhibit the movement likeness of a single identifiable human being, either as a fixed output or with adjustable parameters such as dance style, character, species, or archetype. A movement sequence that is fully generated by an AI system that is not readily identifiable as being derived from the movement likeness of any specific recognizable human being, living or deceased.
From composite movement: A movement pattern or body movement sequence built from multiple sources (e.g. human movement, artist animation, generative motion.)
Deliberation Summary:
(1) Consider describing the output as an aggregate of the movement patterns of natural persons, on the view that identifying its human source would be protective, consider whether attribution belongs in the definition itself. (2) Remove the reference to where such movement is made available as the entry should describe what the thing is rather than where it is found. (3) Distinguish between replicas of human performance and synthetic which do not resemble a real person. Because training data is difficult to verify, the term references whether an individual's likeness is readily identifiable, leaving technical data questions to industry standards.
